Bad service - Call centre agent rude

<p>i have made a call to ********** 8364 @09h12 to do an enquiry in regards to my purchase order duplication , but i didnt get the information as requested from the agent that even refused to tell me her name and as i was talking to her on the phone she is telling her colleague or whoever she was talking to that she is annoyed and all i was doing was me trying to obtain information from the call centre , if only she culdnt answer my questions she couldve just given the query to someone else not say she is annoyed in my ear . i wish whoever it is may get the recording of this call to hear how terrible the people they have employed are . as a busniess owner i dont have confidence in calling gpg to obtain information</p>
