Unresponsive management fo unpaid funds

I procured a service for the Health department in Treasury in December 2022. Till today I have not received my funds and everyone in Finance does not reply to escalated emails the land lines are not working.I was last told it awaiting the payment run but apparently no one knows or want to comment when does it takes place.

The level of unprofessionalism is on another level. I did not think that I will ever engage in business with the state institution again
