National Terrible Response

I contacted National Trailer Rental after extensive research in find a trailer rental company closes to my destination. They had exactly what I needed, to hire a trailer at one branch and deliver it another. I emailed them for a quotation as they indicated online I first sent it to Carl Buitendag who never responded, I then sent it to the following email address which was indicated on the website for Gret van Niekerk. He respond the same evening explaining that Carl had been away and is unable to respond his email. Long story short a enquired with Gert mentioned that the trailer I wish to hire is high in demand and unfortunately the branch which I wish to acquire it from had no stock of it, he however made a suggestion which I appreciated. I rep**** to that suggestion asking whether the branch I needed it from had it and how much would it to hire. I have yet to hear anything from Gert. I very displeased with the service and feedback as I really needed their product.
