Word Class Waste of Time

This is the most inefficient and worthless service I have ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time - at least if you queue at a licensing department you get to speak to someone. They are quick and efficient at taking your money, but it is next to impossible to get hold of anyone if you have a query. Over an hour on the help line and no response to emails sent. And clearly they are using a system that doesn't tie into what you see online making it impossible to see what the problem is.
