WILL NEVER RENEW MY LICENSES AGAIN ON THE ENATIS PORTAL

I've taken out 3 licenses on the ENatis portal. Only 1 disc was sent to me. The other 2 vehicles only received MVLX papers without any disc printed. I do not have any outstanding renewals to do, also no outstanding fines. I've emailed several times, also tried to contact the contact centre but after holding for 45 minutes...and when first in line...the call was cut. They do not reply on whatsapp messages and also not on the emails which was sent to enquire. I'll rather go and stand in a line then struggling to get something which I've paid for. THIS SERVICE IS BAD!!!!!!!
