Why is natis using skynet couriers

Renewed my car license. That went smoothly. Then it came to SKYNET... they simply dont answer their calls. You guarantee a 2 to 4 day waiting period for your license delivery. Its been almost two weeks. They say the courier is out for delivery but, bo one pitched then it shows on the tracker they couldn't reach you that is utter BS... i have to drive from the eastern cape to the freestate with an expired license disc just to spend more money to get a copy formy car. I'll rather stand in a line the next time and wait for a whole day in the sun than to waste my time and money on the useless service rendered...
