Waiting for OTP from Enatis is frastrating

I have been trying to renew my drivers licence since 14h00 this afternoon and after capturing my details and doing the i'm not a robot capture, I'm prompted to enter OTP in order to proceed with the application which I never received, even now I have not received it and when I went to the office they told me to do the application on line as it is the only way, why? if they know their system is always offline or their network is always poor this is frustrating to wait for one time pin for the whole day. Something needs to be done to improve this system.
