USELESS & SHOCKING

I app**** & paid for my DL card on the 05/06/2019 at BOKSBURG DLTC & was told to call *** after 4 weeks to find our of it was ready for collection. I called 4 weeks later & was told to phone back in two weeks time. I have been trying to call this number everyday since then & no one answers the phone.

I contact the call centre ***) today & they advise me to SMS 33214 for an update - the returned message is contact the centre. I call you call centre back to then be told I must drive trough to the centre to check if DL card is ready.

What is is going on?
