Useless online service

Just ****ing useless when phoning. I have call 6 time and every time I have been on hold for 30 min just to have the ****ing call dropped. Tried emailing their so called online support, also ****ing useless cause you don't get a ****ing response. Just so gatvol of this useless incompetence people that are just there to not earn a salary but just to take a ****ing salary for doing noting.
