Useless - awful customer service and online support.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I am beyond frustrated. I am FINALLY in contact with an agent from the online support email address listed on the website. Do not waste your time trying to call the call centre, you hold for 25, 30, 35 minutes and get cut off each time you are told that you are next in line for your call to be answered. I have emailed countless times as well, only now that I have decided to send follow ups EVERY DAY, have I received a response - YET - NOT a very helpful one! I was given instructions on how to register - this was NOT the information or assistance I have been asking for! It seems the way my ex husband registered my profile with my ID number is incorrect, as I cannot login, register or even change a password. I have tried EVERYTHING, EVERY variant of details and it still gives me the same error. ''The information provided does not match what we have on the system''. ALL I want is for someone to check what profile is linked to my ID number and assist me to login. I do not need step by step instructions on how to register, I am not an idiot, I know exactly how to register and login, as I have done so for friends and family members. Something is wrong and I want it sorted out ASAP - surely someone from Natis online support can login to the backend as an administrator and check what is going on and HELP me with the information or assist me in sorting this out!
