Uphold and disgusted by the service

I have been trying to get a booking slot for a license card renewal now for the past week. Today I tell myself that I’m going to be on their sight from 8:00am. I’ve been stuck on the robot verification for an hour and then finally around 9:10am I get to the stage where I have to select a center all of them have zero slot available like it has been for the past week. The only available slots were Vereeniging and vanderbijlpark. Now bare in mind that I live in Soweto. I decide to take the Vereeniging slot and when I have to punch in my OTP then the site takes me back to where I ha e to select a center. Now I’m stuck there for another 30mins up until I had to select a center again. Now this time now slots are available anywhere. So I’ve been battling with this problem for over a week now where I’m left with an option of either having to pay a bribe of a R1000 for a renewal of R300 just to get a slot. Is this what our government is allowing to happen. I’m considered unworthy to drive because my license expired yet I don’t have a platform to renew it. Is this really what I has come down to? I’m really uphold and disgusted by what is going on in the traffic department that the only thing that works now is a bribe for me to be deemed legible to drive.
