Total Failure of the Online NATIS Booking System for Driver's License Renewals

To start with, there should be an Option for a Zero Star Rating. The Online Drivers License Renewal booking system is a total failure ! Firstly, upon creating a required Personal Profile on the Online NATIS Booking system, the applicant does not receive either an email, sms or WhatsApp message to confirm the creation of a profile. Secondly, the system requires that one continually log in at all times of the day up to approximately 18H00 in attempt to find an open slot in order to book a for an opportunity to renew a drivers license. The system does not allow for a queuing system which remembers details of persons who attempt to book, and thus allocating a slot to the applicant when a slot becomes available now or at a future date. Third, besides the creation of a profile within the system, when performing an attempt to book, the system requires the repeat of all information for the booking which is already contained in the Profile. I visited my local Licensing office in person this morning, and found that although there were no more slots available on the Online System, there was more than ample capacity at the Licensing Office to cope with far more applicants. Despite several attempts to call the helpline number ***, None of my calls were answered.
