Terrible service

I'm very much disappointed with the service I received from nartis online. On the 6th june 2022 I renewed my car disc online and paid the courier fee for it to be delivered at my work place, but till waiting I've been waiting. Everyday when I call their line either not working or they tell me different stories which doesn't make sense. I went to the traffic department and they told me the disc is already printed and cannot be printed again. Now I'm stuck with an expired disc, I'm being stopped everyday by the traffic officers and I need to explain my issue over and over which is frustrating. Can I please have a response as to what to do now because really I'm p""""d and it's not even funny. I need to travel and I can't because of the very same thing that should've been convinient for me but ended up being a trauma nje.
