TERRIBLE ONLINE VEHICLE LICENCE RENEWAL - RTMC

I renewed my vehicle licence online on 8 March 2022 9:31, I paid the amount and got the receipt, up to date absolutely zero feedback on any emails or any form of commumication, they do not answer the phones and also still no info of the courier service i paid for as part of the transaction. I think this is just another way the government is *****ing money, by taking our money for online transactions and never deliver what was paid for? Who is going to pay for fines as my vehicle licence has expired, and now I am just waiting (not so patiently anymore) for my licence disc.
