Rude, unhelpful Dineo (customer support) at Natis Online

I called in to the call centre because even though minister Mbalula issued an extension to the end of Aug 2021 on expiry of licenses I am not about to book for my driver's test because my learner's license original expiry date has passed. I spoke to a lady by the name of Dineo who told me that I need to redo my learners because I did not "fall into the category for the extension" When I asked her why she couldn't tell me. I then asked her if she could tell me what the category was she told me she can't remember and I should google it... GOOGLE it?? I told her I had already done that and asked her to check with her colleagues, she told me her colleague also doesn't know. I then asked for her manager's name and to speak to her manager and she said Magdelene but her manager was working from home. When I asked to escalate the call & for her manager's details she hung up on me. Honestly the worst, most arrogant, ********, lazy and rude interaction I've ever had! How is this woman working in "Online Client Support"??
