RTMC service is bad

On the 15 August, I renewed my car licence on the RTMC website. The boldly promised that the licence will be couriered within 3 working days! Up until now, NOTHING! I am really disappointed with their service! I now want to inform them that want my R99 courier fee back as I will be collecting the licence at the traffic department myself.

To all those who are still to use this service, please don't bother! It is more of a hustle!
