RTMC parcel not being delivered using SKYNET Courier Services

RTMC parcel not being delivered using SKYNET Courier Services I renewed my car license and received notice via sms that my parcel in on the way 10 November 2022. My RTMC parcel never arrived and was informed by consultant from Skynet that their transport that was on the way from Gauteng to Cape Town was hi-jacked and that RTMC was informed that only some parcels were recovered and that the missing license disks will be reprinted and send to clients. Well I cannot get hold of anybody at RTMC and was holding to be helped for more thn 1hour listening to music and that I`m next or first in line, but nobody answers. I emailed support - no response. What will be happening NEXT. Where is my license disks and when I login at the Natis Dept website online- I cannot find any info of my vehicles. RTMC didnt even update us about this and consultant at Skynet (Zinzile)explained that RTMC were informed and gave me contact person`s name of Thabo Raboshakga- I just cannot get through to RTMC or even a reply on my email to ***
