RTMC Online Vehicle License Disk Renewal

RTMC Online vehicle license renewals are very poor. I renewed my license online. System did not give me a confirmation. I had to send 13 emails to find out where my license disk is and when I can receive it. You can phone multiple times a day you will be lucky if they pick up the phone. They even admitted on one phone call that their system is not very reliable and they have a huge backlog. It took them a month to send me my vehicle license disk. I would rather just like I always did go the post office, walk in and walk out with my disk in my hand.
