Road Traffic Management Corporation - RMTC (NaTIS)

Since the 9th Dec I have been trying to get the license i have paid for to be delivered to my home.I have sent over 13 e-mails to RTMC Support *** and I have copied in Skynet. They have advised me to send to an Affidavit requesting collection and a certified ID both of which I have supp****. To date nothing has happened, I have requested a temporary license and have also had no response. I actually don't know who to turn to as I have paid for my licence but no one can help me. Disgusting service.
