RMTC Useless!!!

Just cancel the online applications because no update what so ever. I have renewed my vehicle license on the 25th August even today i never received any feedback from this department. Their lines are not working, no one respond to their e-mails or social media pages. What kind of department is this? They promise that you will get your renewal in 3 days but it have been forever. I can't track, I can't get in touch with the department. I am even thinking myb i have been ****med cause is blue tick everwhere. I am so much disappointed. Why introduce online platforms which will not be utilised? Just cancel your website and social media accounts. Useless🚮
