Query about license disc

I have renewed my license through the site on 23/06/2025. They couriered a letter stating license can not be sent to me due to another vehicle being unlicensed. Then I renewed the other vehicle's license and they sent it to me without a problem. Reason for my complaint: Is that I after getting the letter from eNatis for the vehicle, i have been sending them emails for the last month start 2025/07/02 with this response from them the whole time Good Day

*Certified ID copy

*Vehicles information (license number register number )on your ID copy

*Department to ask for is OMVL

*Working hours are from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

We are staying in Hendrina so it's not possible to go to Centurion so I've asked them to arrange with the courier company and we will pay them. But no reaction from them. Now I have requested a full refund but still nothing. Very poor customer service Hoping this review will get some attention and that i can get my issue sorted.
