Printing of license disc

I paid online for my license disc on 01 March, the disc did not print because of an outstanding traffic fine, which was sorted a few minutes later, and registration of another vehicle, which was sorted on 11th March.

I was advised that once the registration of the other vehicle is sorted, I should email *********** and ask for the disc to be printed. I did that on the 11th, followed up on the 22nd, 27th and today. My disc expires tomorrow, and I haven't received any response from anyone regarding when the disc will be printed.
