Pray for this country

I've tried registering to write my learners on this krap website but keeps responding saying that I do not exist. I've visited the DLTC and the woman keeps telling me to register online even after I show her what's happening online . I've even tried calling city of tshwane but after 40 minutes of waiting for people lazy to do their jobz, still no answer. I also mailed *** over a week ago and here I am still waiting. But hey its government related, thats why its f#*cked up. I'm sure I'd get a quicker response if I offered a bribe. They deserve negative stars.
