Post Office can't even help!

Applying for a Vehicle License Renewal in today's day and age should be easy. Do it online, why not? Of all the online services, which is better than the actual Natis system? DO NOT DO IT! App**** on the 28th of February. Should have taken 3 days. Paid penalties and delivery fee. Still haven't received it. Unable to apply at the post office because the transaction is PARKED. License has in the meanwhile expired. This is totally unacceptable!
