Poor online service - Not so convenient as i thought

Disappointing service for something that is supposed to be convenient. I have app**** for a license disc on 11 July 2024 hoping to get the disc in 3-5 days. 11 days later i have not received even an sms for tracking purposes. I have attempted to call their line and I waited for an hour only to be dropped.
