Police Calim Natis licence disk is ****.

I bought My licence disk with Natis. the experience was good until my driver was stoped by police and said the licence was ****. They wanted to arrest the driver and impound my car that is my source of income. They let the driver go as i demanded them to phone NATIS and refused. When i phoned Natis they said the Licence is not **** and they changed fonts. My question is how come does the police dont know about it. I can loose my icome . Please advice whats my rights when The car is stopped again and impounded. Can i sue Natis or the police for failing to investigate properly. Im sure all Natis Licence disk have new font and all will face the same issue.
