PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY SO I CAN GO TO A POSTAL OFFICE

I have renewed me and my Wife's licence dics beginning March 2022 and paid for both R 1400 and requested a courier to be used.After Numerous of email i am not any further than i was. They rep**** they are aware of the issues but we will receive a call and delivery in a few days well its almost a month now and both me an my wife is driving around with expired licences. Can i please be refunded my money so i can rather go to a Postal Office and do this and get both my licences the same day. The service is terrible.
