Pathetic service
Most pathetic service ever. Paid but never received New Licence disk

Up to know after numerous emails back and forth and to get an waybill # so that i can track the delivery ENaTIS was unable to provide this #. I was previously informed that it was still to be printed. Regarding the Waybill #, they request to use there RTMC reverence. The courier company inform that they need a waybill #

My vehicle license has expired on 30 Sep 2025.
How will held responsible for this, i suppose nobody.
Nobody want to stand up & resolved this issue.
What happened to the amount that was paid for the renewal?
This an Government agency that failed again, nothing new.
