Online ENATIS a ****

Their online license renewal is just a ****, i renewed my vehicle disc on the 16 march 2023 because it expired on the 28 February 2023, till to this day i have not received my disc and their call centre you have to hold for more than an hour, they dnt respond to emails even on their social media accounts they don't respond..all i have is a receipt that i paid the disc but i dnt have the tracking number for the delivery.
