Online booking solution is seriously flawed

This system is so flawed its not funny. Since they never record anybody attempting to book and not being successful, they have no idea how bad the backlog actually is and can thus never make provision for dealing with any kind of backlog. Essentially its missing a "queuing and notification" subsystem. There are never any slots available as the demand outstrips the supply so badly. It will be a miracle if they actually bothered to participate in this consumer platform.
