Not yet convinced they are legit

I app**** and made the payment to them (same bank as theirs) immediately. 3 days later received automated email saying I haven’t paid.

Sent them proof of payment to their support email account, left messages on system and tried calling to no avail.

In the mean time I have to drive around with expired vehicle license.

I am not yet convinced they are legit.
