NO SERVICE IS WHAT THIS GOVERNMENT IS ONLY GOOD FOR!!

Transport minister comes onto National radio and advises how the system "works" What a load of *******. I tried booking for my learners and could not get the slot I required and in the area closer to me. For some odd reason I cant book as the system states I already have a booking. I did not make a booking. I then contacted the call center and they advised to send my ID and request to the email address on the Natis system. I did so and got a response which was not useful at all, stating I need to physically go in to the center where the booking was made.. I did not make a booking! I then registered on the Natis site, just to find a booking which I did not make in a area called Temba.. I do not even know where Temba is. Now I cannot make a booking due to this. With work constraints I cannot get a booking for the time slot and area I need to make the booking in. This system does NOT work, and it seem no one want to help, its just pass the buck not to want to assist.
