No response or feedback on customer queries

Absolutely ********** customer service(that's if you can even get through to their call center) . Call got dropped 6 times each time I reached first after waiting 30-40 mins. No sense of urgency, WhatsApp messages do not get responded to, email *** just sends a automated response but never any follow up or feedback on an email. The *** also no response. Been phoning and emailing for 3 days now, just seems to be no interest to keep their customers happy to keep them coming back. Might as well wait in the queues at the traffic department or post office. Its so much quicker.
