No response on motor vehicle disc

Easy on the website. But to call them is pathetic. If u call you call them just worst. I paid online got my recwipt but its been 3 weeks waiting for my motor vehicle disc to be delivered. Emails are up to **** would definitely rather drive to get it myself...
