Background: I have renewed my licenses multiple times through the site with no problem. This year I tried renewing my trailer license, paid and everything. They couriered a letter stating license can not be sent to me due to another vehicle being unlicensed. Dug around a bit and found a bit there is an issue with the toyota i bought early this year, vehicle was registered, put through road worthy and even got new license plates after all the above, license disc is valid till 2025/12/31. Reason for my complaint: Is that I after getting the letter from eNatis for the trailer, i have been sending them emails for the last week start 2025/07/09 (4 emails total) with no response from them. Hoping this review will get some attention and that i can get my issue sorted.
