No communication Natis.

I sent an email as the system states my ID number does not match the information on the system. I up to date have not received a reply. I went to the Department of Home Affairs and ensured that my biometrics are correct and my ****en surname and married surname are on the system. I telephoned Natis, held on for 32 minutes got a hello and the call was dropped. I checked my airtime of which I still had R55. I am disgusted that there is no communication response and no other way of contacting Natis so how on earth am I supposed to ensure that my details get updated/changed in order for me to make a booking.
