Natis website doesn't work and no one responds to call centre

I have been trying for days to get through on your useless call centre. I have just been cut off for the 4th time after a 40 minute hold. I have written to your help desk twice and sent multiple messages on the WhatsApp line but just cannot get a response. I paid for a license 7 days ago and haven't received any notification of the license being couriered. There does not appear to be any reason that it should not be issued.

I also need to buy a license for my mother's vehicle but when capturing address for courier the system is not giving me the suburb drop down so I cannot complete the ordetr.
