NaTIS waterfall is *******, DO NOT RENEW WITH THEM

I renewed my licence disc on the 12 September and still haven't received them. I sent several whatsapp messages and called a million times, no help nothing. Very frustrating. The lady keeps transfering my call to a non existant user.
