Natis renewal of vehicle license

I tried to renew my vehicle license through the Natis online system and what a mess. They do not mail the notices any more because of the *********** post office. I did not receive the notice through email and Natis does not give me the option to request it. I could only pay it online and had it couriered to me (at a R99 fee). I registered on Saturday and the system hanged and I could not make the payment. I tried again for the next 2 days and was able to make the payment but once again the system timed out before they could acknowledge the payment. 2 Days later, I received a email with the confirmation that my payment was received. Today I received the licenses through courier and the DATES ARE WRONG. 2022-04-30 how is it even possible????? I am so sick and tired of incompetence and nobody can blame me for refusing to pay the license if they make it impossible and frustrating to do so.
