Natis online vehicle licence renewal

Have used this service from Natis before, renewed my vehicke licence on line and your disk gets delivered.

Not this time, renewed the licence on line on 27 Jan, still waiting, my 21 days has already passed and I will now be fined if stopped in a roadblock.

After holding on for 50 min on the 086 number supp**** I eventually got through to a lady who tried to help but said I should send her my proof of payment, ID and vehicle info.

Apparently the payment does not show on there side.

Been emailing her and 2 or 3 other people but getting no help and no reply.

I now sit without a licence, without my money already paid and dont know what to do or how to handle this as nobody comes bavk to me!

Will never use this service again
