Natis Online System Just Doesn't Work

I have tried to renew a vehicle licence online for a few days now. The vehicle reflects but the system does not allow go to "next" when I choose this option. I have called their call centre number and waited in total for over an hour; just tried again and spent 40 minues 49 seconds holding; even when the automated voice indicates that I am 1st in the queue, the call is never answered. I have emailed '***' twice but get no response. Why have a system that doesn't work or where you get no assistance at all. Disgusting.
