Natis Online Service Problems

I have been struggling to book for a drivers test for 2 months now. Please allow walking's. This online service is not working at all. today i got to a point of just entering the OTP but when i entered next nothing happened. The online slots seems to appear only once a day and the seem to be not enough for everyone.
