Natis Online is inaccurate and staff members are usless

I phoned the helpline number, waited 45 min before anyone answered, then eventually when i spoke to a gentleman, and asked him if he could check if my card was ready, he gave me the number of the card facility where they produce the license cards, and said to me he doesn't know I have to phone the facility and find out by them if it is has been manufactured or not, he can't help me,

I explained the situation about the system and that the system is not always accurate because my collogue had waited 6 months for his PrDp to be ready, and the system still said that it was being processed, even a few months after he collected it, the status was the same.
