NATIS Online Booking for Driver's Licence Card Renewal - Slots NEVER available

It is impossible to book a slot for a Drivers Licence renewal in Gauteng. Either (1) the system is broken and never updates with new slots, or (2) all available slots at all stations are being taken up in an imaginary period, or (3) simply not enough slots being made available... I really hope there isn't some **** going where these slots are somehow being sold off... Whatever the case, I really would like know how a law-abiding, process-following citizen can have a fair shot at renewing their licence??
