NaTIS not answering the phone

I am trying to get a hold of a representative at NaTIS to get information regarding the renewal of my driver's licence. I cannot find information on whether or not I should take photos - there is conflicting information on the internet and the NaTIS website. I am also not able to download the application form and I wanted to make sure via a phone call that I have the correct form (downloaded from another website). - The form on the NaTIS website downloads as html and not pdf, so the form just doesn't open. I have been holding for almost 30minutes with no answer. I started as caller number 16 with 16 minutes to wait. Then it went down to caller 2 with 2 minutes to wait. Suddenly this changed to caller 2 but with 10 minutes to wait, then 11 minutes to wait, then 12 minutes to wait. So I hung up. Is there anywhere where I can get the correct information before my appointment?
