NATIS Nightmare

My license is about to expire. For the last 2 months I've been trying to confirm a date to renew my license but with no success. This morning the 12.10.2020, I got a spot in Heidelberg, while I was busy completing my application, I received my OTP pin, when I went to put in the pin the system kick me out without giving me my confirmation. I contacted the traffic department to see if my booking was registered, the lady advised me to check my bookings on the NATIS website which I did. To my shock there was nothing. I had a date and time, but nothing registered. This is so frustrating. Can we get a better way to resolve the renewal of our card licenses please. All departments is showing 0 slots available. How are we suppose to renew our licenses if we can't get a booking.
