NATIS LICENCE REIMUR*****T
Due to an error on renewing my Vehicle Online I paid the renewal fees of R1 407 twice. Natis online advises they can assist on an e-mail or a call or Whatsapp. I have sent multiple messages to request a refund and NO-ONE bothers to attempt to reply. My real concern is will they NATIS reimburse me the one payment I did

27 Mar 2024, 12:39I received response from NATIS asking for my ID and vehicle registration as well as proof of payment and eversince then they have vanished again and not responding to any platforms. All I want is a refund of the double payment but seems they are not willing to give my money back. So much for honesty
