NATIS AND THEIR 'CAPACITY' ISSUES - ACTUALLY THEY JUST CHEAP OUT ON SERVERS

Imagine...Smoothless booking to renew or book your license, imagine a system smoother than walking in and standing in queues. It's bull**** they are trying to sell and the people they sold it to was too uninformed and uneducated to understand how the F>>>> is it going to work? I mean we are an overcrowded population, we can't even keep a highway traffic-free, and then they cheap out on servers because heaven forbid they actually did have a product that is as easy as that, but let's face it it is absolutely useless and a waste of money to those poor idiots that decided "that is a good idea, we should implement it". But here we are trying to book to renew our license, because it's law, but the NATIS system fails us, because they don't have proper systems that can handle the amount of traffic, it's horrific actually, it's even in their error message: "capacity problems".
