National Traffic Information System

I apply and pay my car license online on 26 February 2023 but believe me it was my biggest mistake . Today is the 13 March and still waiting .The parcel arrived from Elandsfontein in Cape Town 8March and since them I phone them daily up to three time about my parcel. Everytime I phoned the driver is on its way for the last 4 days . If eNaTIS want to save its reputation then they should really change their delivery/ courier company or is somebody getting a cut out of the deal
