National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS) - Motor Licence disc renewal

Wow, I did not expect such excellent service from a government department, but I was pleasantly surprised. I app**** for the renewal of my car's licence discs on the 14th of November 2022, and the discs were delivered two days later, on the 16th of November. I applaud the eNaTIS team because my disc was due to expire on the 20th of November. Thank you so much for the brilliant service, which is in contrast to the service I received when I went to renew my driving licence at the Amanzimtoti licensing department. At Amanzimtoti I waited for the whole day to have my driving licence renewal renewed and was almost turned away by the security guard had it not been for the lady who came and demanded to see the manager. Thereafter the renewal forms were issued.
